About Us
Xing Yao Foot Reflexology is the oldest tradition of foot massage and reflexology in the Orient. "Soku" means foot or leg.
"Shin" means heart, center, core, the most important part of something. "Do" means way and indicates a complete discipline. Sokushindo, as part Fold Medicine in Japan,
was at one time given in Japanese inns. Travelers would enter the inn, remove their shoes, soak their feet for a while, and then receive medicine in the form of Xing Yao Foot Reflexology,
foot massage and relfexology.
Foot reflexology is a "pressure theraphy" and involves applying focused pressure to certain known reflex points located in the foor to cure or prevents disease.
Foot reflexology is based on the premise that our nerve zones or reflex points go from the bottom of our feet to the top of our head, encompassing all vital organs on the way.
Benefits of a foot reflexology session are manifold-calmness and serenity, improved circulation, increased energy, and balanced emotions among many others. Foot reflexology
invigorated tired, aching and sore feet-leaving your feet fresh, attractive and tangling and you will feel better all over.
